What is your return policy?
Our return policy is 21 days from postage date with all tags attached for STORE CREDIT only.
How do I start a return?
- Check Your Email: Open the email you received after purchasing your items.
- Select "View Your Order": This option will take you directly to your order summary.
- Request a Return: Once on the order summary page, you can submit your return request.
- Return Approval: After we review your request, we will send you an email with return instructions and a return label. A gift card for your return balance will then be issued.

What happens if your order is damaged or defective?
If an item is damaged or defective upon delivery, please notify us as soon as possible. If the timeframe is passed the 21 day return policy, we will not be able to accept the items.
What to do if items are lost or stolen?
We understand that these issues can arise. If this happens with your order, please reach out to USPS to file a claim. Unfortunately, we have no control over any items after they have left the store.
I accidentally selected in-store pickup but I need it shipped. What should I do?
Please email "ritaandmandis@outlook.com" right away and include your order number letting us know that your order needs to be shipped. However, you will need to pay a flat rate for shipping. Once the payment is received, we will ship your order and provide tracking information.
How do I know when my order will be ready for in-store pickup?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. When your order is fulfilled at our store, you will receive another email that will let you know that your order is ready for you. Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be ready.
How long does the return process take?
Please allow for 2-5 business days for your return to be processed after it has been marked delivered by USPS. You will be issued store credit via email once your return is processed.
Gift Card Information
At this time, we are unable to accept physical gift cards for online purchases, and online gift cards are currently unavailable for purchase. We are actively working on resolving this issue and appreciate your patience. Thank you for your understanding.
