Rita's began as a small corner in the back of her father's antique shop in 2007 that sparked her passion for retail. After one short year, she decided that it was time for her to open her own store to allow for an expansion of inventory. Rita's main focus at this time was to bring fun and spunky items for the community to enjoy!

One thing lead to another and it was time to expand! Downtown Yankton was full of excitement and Rita wanted to have a part in that (and of course more space)! So in 2016, the store made the move from the Yankton Mall to 219 W. 3rd Street in downtown Yankton. At this point, the mother-daughter duo developed which changed Rita's to Rita and Mandi's Home Décor. This duo compliments each other so well as Rita brings the creative spark and Mandi brings the big picture together.

However, Rita and Mandi's adventures did not stop there! They took a leap of faith and decided to open a second location on highway 385 near Custer, South Dakota.

Rita and Mandi's brings a unique and special atmosphere to each location. Each location is a family-oriented business and they want everyone to experience the love and passion that they have devoted into each store.
